An old brick building beside Tus. Its exact use is debated by historians, and it is best seen with Ferdowsi’s tomb.
What is known
Harounieh is introduced under several names and local stories. What is firmer is the building itself: brick mass, a dome, and its place in Tus near Ferdowsi. Whether it was a mosque or a tomb does not have one agreed answer, and this page does not substitute a tale for a document.
