Sunset in the valley is a good reason to leave in the afternoon, provided you do not lose the light for the road back. Fridays are slow on the return.

Souvenirs

For saffron and turquoise, Reza Bazaar in the centre is more complete than a meal stop in Shandiz. Do not expect both from one pause.
